The International Association for Korean Language Education is 

always accepting papers for the academic journal Korean Language Education.

We encourage members to submit their research findings and share them with the community.

If you would like to submit to Korean Language Education, please pay attention to the following points.

Korean Language Education, the journal of ISKLE, is published four times a year. The publication schedule for this year is as follows:

Issue 1, Volume 36: Submission by December 30, 2024; publication on March 1, 2024

Issue 2, Volume 36: Submission by March 30, 2025; publication on June 1, 2024

Issue 3, Volume 36: Submission by June 30, 2025; publication on September 1, 2024

Issue 4, Volume 36: Submission by September 30, 2025; publication on December 1, 2024

Please submit your manuscript, detailing the results of your research, using the online Journal & Article Management System (JAMS) by the deadlines provided.

1. Submission Process:
To submit a paper, please sign up as a regular member and pay the membership fee on the IAKLE website. Then, log in to the JAMS website and click “Submit New Paper” at the bottom right corner (by the deadline).

2. Manuscript Format:
Submissions should be no more than 20 pages and must adhere to the "Submission Regulations and Writing Method." An additional typesetting fee will be charged for manuscripts exceeding this limit. Author information (including name, affiliation, or other expressions such as “substandard paper") must be removed from the file name, abstract, body, and end of the paper.

3. Required Documents:
When submitting to the JAMS, all authors, including co-authors, must sign the Research Ethics Pledge and include it with their manuscript. The “KCI Papers Similarity Test Results” and “Copyright Assignment Agreement” must be attached to the submission.

4. Review Fee:
A review fee of KRW 100,000 must be paid upon submission to the account below. This fee is non-refundable for papers that do not pass the review process.

5. Publication Fee:

Once publication is confirmed, a publication fee must be paid to the account below. The publication fee is KRW 100,000 for general papers and KRW 300,000 for papers funded by research grants. If the manuscript exceeds 20 pages, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per page will apply.
