4. Annual Fee Recognition Period
When you pay your dues at any time during the year, they will be effective for one year from that date. To provide practical benefits to members who pay their dues, we offer discounts on participation fees for academic conferences and workshops held by the Association during the dues payment period. Therefore, paying your dues at the beginning of January is a beneficial strategy, allowing you to enjoy these advantages for the longest period. If you regularly participate in conferences and workshops, you can recoup most of your annual dues through these discounts. We encourage you to pay the annual fee in January to maximize your benefits.
